RETURNS up to 10 days of purchase. for replacements. or reimbursement
items have a 12 month latent defects (factory fault) guarantee and are checked before sending out.
If goods are returned due to damage and is not one of our own imports but another bands , it must be sent to the for evaluation and will be repaired in accordance with their guarantee if found to be LATENT DEFECT (a factory fault not caused by the buyer)> If by the buyer the quote will be sent to the buyer for thier optional repair I.e. if it is found to be faulty due to a latent manufacturing defect. If this is not the case, the repair costs must be paid by the buyer before goods can be returned
