RETURNS
All items have a 12 month latent defects (factory fault) guarantee but are check before sending out.
If goods are returned due to damage, it must be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation and will be repaired in accordance with their guarantee I.e. if it is found to be faulty due to a latent manufacturing defect. If this is not the case, the repair costs must be paid by the buyer before goods can be returned
