DELIVERY TIMES 24 hour - 48 hours working days all  main centres ; Outlying areas 3-4 working days.

    • Minimum order total R200 ( orders for less than R200 can be accepted but an low order admin fee R30 would apply together with delivery cost )

Our Couriers ensure fragile careful treatment of goods. We cannot send items by the post office, except unbreakables like  books which be sent insured parcel post. A long term arrangement with our courier has ensured special bubble wrapping where neccessary and careful treatment of our musical instruments in special holds in their cargo trucks  for fragile goods so breakages are extremely rare.( see insurance below ) .

We use a few trusted couriers, depending on destination and what we are sending We supply you with tracking waybill nos and courier depot nos close to you  who will help you  track your delivery if you have extra enquiries about specific times and accommodate changes you wish to make and give you expected delivery times once a waybill has been issued


Insurance

All shipped items are fully insured against damage in transit or loss until you sign for them. If you find damages please take a digital photo if possible and write on the waybill not signed due to damage stating the damage CLEARLY on the waybilll

The item will be replaced as soon as its returned to us if one of our own manufactured goods or if from another manufacturer the same applies from  them as we will have the courier send it direct back to the manufacturer service dept.


Guarantees

If the instrument is one of our own manufacture All items are checked . If the instrument is supplied by a South African Distributor you can return it to us and we will forward it to them. Please bear in mind distributors are responsible for guarantees on brands of their own brands and they will either repair or replace the item once they have been given the opportunity to inspect it.

The manufacturer /distributor will have the item checked as they normally do before sending to shops or the public.

If  defects arise during the course of the one year guarantee which covers latent factory defects (manufacture faults but not items subject to wear and tear,(ie guiatr strings violins strings ) please return to our agents in DURBAN JOHANNESBURG AND CAPE TOWN - click see addresses ( electronic repairs - woodwind  string or drum for that particular instrument.) who will asses the damage cause, and bill us on your behalf if the damage is a latent defect

Signs of damage due to accidents of improper care .......(warps occur when exposed to the sun too long on wood - Pads if dirty on woodwinds were never cleaned and tore as a result. - do not fall under Latent Defect guarantees. Nicks on casings result from dropping them and might cause damage internally .

 

POST OFFICE
Please note due to the fragile nature of  musical instruments or sound equipment We only use couriers excepting for small accessories/ books

However we can  send  non fragile accessory items by Post Office (books etc) insured parcel post

 


 

Shipping outside of South Africa - We only ship out of South africa  for orders over R22,000 to neighbouring countries. Special arrangements must be made and quotes for shipping.
