* View CAPETOWN IK Multimedia | iRig MIX - mobile mixer for iPhone, iPad Ipod touch

The iRig MIX is a fantastic mobile mixer for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. It gives you the same controls you would expect from a professional DJ mixer but is ultra-compact for easy transportation and when used in conjunction with apps, it makes an ideal system for rehearsals, gigs and studio recordings.

Perfect for DJ’s Bands or solo/ duo Live act Musicians

The iRig uses a traditional setup and can be plugged into two devices (one plugged into each of the independent channels) or it can also be used with a single iOS device. For a single device set up, the devices output is split into dual-mono and sent to different channels. The iRig is also the perfect mixing solution for bands or solo musicians who need an iOS device when playing live. It features an extra guitar/microphone input so you can create real-time effects through popular apps such as AmpliTube or VocaLive. The standard RCA output connectors allow you to connect the device to PA systems or speakers.

Maximum Portability

The slim design and its lightweight makes the iRig perfect to fit in with your iPad bag and can be easily carried anywhere. It has minimal power requirements (5VDC) so it doesn’t necessarily need a power supply, it can run off a USB battery pack or laptop USB port. As the mixer and an iPad only take up as much space as a laptop, you can leave it set up in your bag so it’s ready to go when you’re ready to rock out.

The iRig includes 4 free apps which are downloaded through the iTunes app store. These include AmpliTube, VocaLive, DJ Rig and GrooveMaker. You can auto-sync with any audio source with the X-Sync mode in the DJ Rig app. It has 2 stereo inputs with gain, bass treble and volume controls with an independent cue on each channel. The iRig has a channel cross-fader, pristine sound and quality headphone output for master or cue monitoring to name a few!
